What is Sustainability in Business?Sustainable in Business (SIB), a club under LAZSOC, is dedicated to educating, advocating, and inspiring students to pursue careers in sustainability. Since 2017, we've been organizing amazing and exciting events throughout the school year! Join us in building a greener future! 🌿

Does SIB offer any general memberships?No, SIB does not currently offer any general membership. Individuals are encouraged to subscribe to our newsletter in order to remain up-to-date with upcoming events, as well as follow our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages.

What is the purpose of SIB?1. Educate students on having a career in sustainability- Provide information and opportunities for students to learn and explore a career path in sustainability 2. Advocate for careers in sustainability- Teach more students about this career path because we believe in sustainable careers 3. Inspire students to choose a career path in sustainability & to look outside of the most chosen career paths and see what other options there may be

How can I be involved?To get involved with Sustainable in Business (SIB): 1. Join as an Executive: Positions like Directors and First-Year Representatives will be hiring soon. 2. Attend Our Events: Even if you're not on the team, you can participate in our events and network with like-minded peers. 3. Support Us Online: If you can’t make it to our events, you can still support us by liking and sharing our events to spread the word.
